The inviting atmosphere and warm hospitality made for a memorable stay. Delicious breakfasts featured local yogurt and were a delightful start to each day. The gardens provided a serene backdrop, ideal for unwinding, although the access road is quite rough and could use some improvement. The room was well-decorated but somewhat cramped, limiting mobility. Overall, a pleasant experience with some areas needing attention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Double Room Sea View, with fantastic breakfasts served by the lovely hosts. The beach access could be better, as it felt a bit remote without direct paths.

I had a delightful stay at Bayview Pines Country Inn B&B. The views from the Captain's room in the refurbished Barn annex were breathtaking, offering a serene ocean vista. Joanna, one of the hosts, prepares an excellent British-style breakfast, complete with steaming tea and homemade treats like quince jelly that reminded me of my grandmother's favorite. The inviting atmosphere felt like staying with family, making my trip memorable and enjoyable.
The hot water tank ran out during breakfast.

lush garden space, access to self-service area, beautiful big house
The yellowing tub in the bathroom feels quite dated!!! There are also some cobwebs here and there, which detract from the overall appeal!!! A little more attention to these details would truly enhance the experience!!!

Staying at Bayview Pines was truly enjoyable. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by stunning gardens and offering views of the bay. My room, the Double Room with Sea View, was comfortable with a lovely ambiance. Chris and Joanna are exceptional hosts, going above and beyond with their hospitality. Breakfast each morning was a treat, especially Joanna’s homemade marmalade and quince jelly that reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. The homemade tea was delightful, served hot in cozy teapots. I appreciated the community fridge, which allowed for extra convenience during my stay. I did notice some areas needing improvement. The bed frame in my room felt oversized for the space, causing a few bumps while moving around. Additionally, the bathroom could benefit from an update, as it felt a bit cramped for comfort. Despite these downsides, the warmth and welcoming atmosphere made my trip memorable. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
